I'm always banging on about how blogs and podcasts are one of the most effective ways to build your brand - and as far as ROI goes, it wipes the floor with most other options.

Well, it's been a long time coming... and here, in episode 3 of Blogging for Business, Consultant Anna Farmery shares not only her own success with blogs and podcasts as a tool to grow her business - The Engaging Brand - but also, how she is helping big business with Training & Development and Internal Communications - using blogs, podcasts and other social media.

    Hi Claire,
Anna Farmery recommended that I visit your site and listen to your podcast. I really enjoyed it! Your conversation with Anna was very interesting. You've got a great style.Nice music!

I'm a Training & OD consultant who wants to start creating podcasts to support coaching and training for my client. Can you point me to a step-by-step guide? Is there a course I can take?

    Thanks!
    Regards,
    Terry

Hi Terry - thank you so much for your kind comments. I've been getting some really positive feedback on the new format podcast which is so encouraging, so really... thank you - I appreciate it.
Slightly worrying... some people have been going back and listening to my second podcast to see just how bad it was!! But I guess if people can learn by my mistakes, then I'm ok with that. :o)

To answer your question... shameless plug coming up... I am launching a company right now with a fellow podcaster - one of our aims is to provide training for would-be podcasters covering everything from strategy and objectives right through the production and promotion.

Our product won't be ready for 6 weeks at least. If you are happy to wait, then sign up to my mailing list top right of this page (you'll get a great free report in the process) and I'll keep you posted on our progress. If you are itching to get started 'like yesterday', then head back to Anna as she provides online one-to-one coaching for people just like you. :o)

Hope that's useful Terry. Stay in touch!
    Warmest

    Claire
