2 weeks ago to the day, I bought a pair of size 12 (UK) trousers. They fit fine but were a bit on the tight side. I feel like the weight is still dropping off so I tried them on again today and am delighted to report that they are indeed looser - they now fit perfectly!
But where's all the fat going? Or rather how's it going and so quickly? I mean, I'm eating for England and my digestion problems are over, so I know I'm getting nourished? Well I'll tell you where...
The blood in your body should be maintained at a pH of 7.365. That means it should be alkaline. If you are carrying excess weight that you just can't shift, chances are that its due to too much acid and your body is acting defensively. Basically, it has created the fat cells in a bid to carry the acids away from your vital organs in order to protect them.
Because I am eating an alkalizing diet, my body is letting the fat cells go. Hard to believe that less than 4 months ago I was a size 18 (UK) with no energy! I love my new size and the fact that I have so much energy I have to keep getting up from my desk for a quick boogie!
I'm now strong enough to re-join the gym, so that's the next step. Can't wait to see how that affects my shape too!
