Live Blood Analysis

Have you heard the name Karen Knowler?  I've met and seen Karen in action a couple of times now and she really is an inspiration. She looks fantastic, has an aura of 'calm dynamism' and is a brilliant writer and business woman... and she's a mum too. 

Her name is often on my radar because,
a) she runs The Fresh Network - the UK's most happening Raw Food resource and
b) because she has the most wonderful blog which I often show my BusinessBlogAngel.com clients.

Anyway, I was visiting her blog this morning and found a really interesting article about telling the state of your health with live blood testing - which you too may enjoy.

Manifesting Change and the whole Universe thing...

Last Saturday, despite being absolutely shattered as explained in my last post, I hauled myself out of bed at 7am and headed over to Euston/Camden to attend a Mike Dooley workshop called Manifesting Change. Mike is the face behind the superb Notes from The Universe. Anyway, the point is, I visited Mike's website today and left a message on a forum there which I feel I should be sharing with you...

Sprout, Bean, Tuna and Herb Salad

Made the most delicious salad today... tasty and delicious, and very, very nutritious!

Recipe makes 2-3 Servings.

• Chop half a medium red onion and place into a bowl with half a standard size can of red kidney beans, 4 finely chopped organic tomatoes, 1 x 80g can of tuna, a generous handful of mixed sprouts.


• Season and dress with sea salt, black pepper, the juice of a thick slice of lemon and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.


• Then take a good handful each of organic rocket, basil and coriander... wash, drain and chop coarsely.  Stir the green leaves into the salad mix.
  
  
• Serve with 2 small slices of toasted rye bread rubbed with fresh garlic. 

Mmm mmm mmmmmm. Should have taken a picture of it for you, but was too busy eating it I'm afraid!!

I'm certified!!!

Yup - it's official I am certified! Yeah, yeah, I know I'm walking right into all those jokes about - gosh - that should have happened a long time ago etc. but I'm not talking about my mental health - I'm talking about being a certified NLP Practitioner, of course!

I first came across NLP when I was 22 and training as a TEFL teacher. It wasn't until a few years later that I actually learnt everything that I now discover makes up the Practitioner level training. So I've been using it now for over 14 years - much of it subconsciously. I now know what I know which is great - and more importantly I have proof of what I know in the form of a certificate co-signed by Judith Lowe and Robert Dilts. But boy did the course take it out of me!
