Now here's something that has a positive effect on your wellbeing...
Being woken up on a dreary Monday morning by a bouquet of flowers. Complete with a wonderful, uplifting message.
In my case this morning, it was the most beautiful red roses from my soulmate Andreas.
Andreas lives in Wales so thus far we haven't been able to see eachother as often as we'd like. But that's all about to change, because in September, just before my 40th birthday, I am moving down to set up home with him. I will be living my dream - with a man who I admire and adore, living by the sea in my homeland, working from home - together, with our dog Billie. This morning, I am the happiest girl alive.
But you don't need a 'significant other' to receive (or send) flowers.
Why not send some to your best friend? - just because. Tell them how much you love and respect them. Not only will they feel fantastic, knowing that they are loved, but you will also feel wonderful, knowing that you have brought a little happiness into someone else's life.
