Sorry things have been so quiet lately, I've been on a course; after 13 years using NLP, I've finally gotten around to doing my Practitioner's Certificate. I'm doing it with PPD Learning who I thought were a newish company. Ha! Going through my old notes, I discovered...
a brochure from 1994 when I was last considering doing it - they were called Pace Personal (or Professional) Development back then and I just didn't recognise the name. I've completed Part One and have a break of a couple of weeks before Part Two begins - so far - I am absolutely loving it. It's a lot of fun and very interactive which is great for me. I've met some really wonderful people too, many of whom I'm sure will become great friends.
Unsurprisingly, I also met a number of people who paid top dollar for their websites, only to find now that they are 'dead', unseen by the search engines (and therefore, potential clients) and they have no way of updating them themselves. I met one lady who has spent 2,000 UKP on hers and can't do a thing with it without her webdesigner who is not as available as he once was. So frustrating for her. It's times like these when I wish I could work for free and keep my bank manager happy!! Alas, that ain't gonna happen, but when you consider what I offer, a blogsite you are in control of, is just 245 UKP, it's a fantastic deal whichever way you look at it. That makes me feel good.
