Wah hey - I've done it! You may remember a while ago I blogged about a new 90 Day Podcast telecourse with Podcasting Expert Coach Leesa Barnes. Well, I enrolled and we are only half way through and today I am publishing my very first podcast - Blogging for Business. I'm so excited about this stuff. I'm reasonably good with techy stuff so I never thought I wouldn't be able to do it, but I didn't expect to get results this quickly or that it would be so simple once you get to grips with the various components.
Each week, I will give you my Business Blogger Pick of the Week and feature an interview with all sorts of interesting people who can help you profit from your blogging. I have interviews lined up with the following experts:
Mark Quirk, MD of ValuedClientSystem.com, a fantastic shopping cart solution, who will be explaining how you can integrate a host of wonderful features into your blog which will allow you to take credit card payments online, build a database and a newsletter broadcasting system, an affiliate system and lots more.
Not that I've asked her yet, but I'm hoping Coach Leesa will also agree to being interviewed about Podcasting from your blog.
I'm also going to have an expert explain all about RSS feeds - what they are, why they are important and how to set them up. As a blogger, I've done it all, but I'm still not entirely clear on the subject and I feel I owe it to my clients to know about these things, so that one will be great for me too!
And there'll also be more interviews with regular business bloggers including some of my clients telling their stories of why they wanted a blog and how they are using blogging to grow their businesses.
